In 2019, I committed to a journey that would change everything. Within the first 90 days of stepping into this business, I lost 75 pounds - and I’ve never looked back. I didn’t just shed weight, I found consistency, discipline, and the unshakable belief that I could become the testimony of my own destiny.
Now, every time someone asks me how I did it, I smile and say: “Ask me how.”
But this story runs deeper than a before-and-after photo. For over 25 years, I’ve worked in housing and mental health, holding space for others in their most vulnerable moments. With a Master’s in Human Services and a heart rooted in service, I’ve dedicated my life to creating supportive transitional housing through a holistic health lens. As a mother, grandmother, and coach, my mission has always been clear: to empower, to uplift, and to heal.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to LOVE, inspire, and educate every daughter, sister, and woman we meet to build trust, spark healing, and grow stronger together. Because I am my sister’s keeper. And in this space, loving compassion becomes the compass back to wholeness.
